本片由罗马导演、倪匡编剧，拍於1980年，由著名武打红星吴元俊领衔主演。故事讲述某寺青年僧人「疯子」(吴元俊饰)，性格疯疯癲癲，行為全不符僧人规范。该寺主持玄明方丈却认為「疯子」与佛有缘，并因应其性格与气质，授以「癲罗汉拳」。「疯子」有了武功后，动輒出拳伤人，方丈只得将其逐出寺门……。《周而复始》跳脱出了传统的线性叙事方式，用不一样的镜头展现一个不一样的世界。 杰克是一名宇航员，然而一次失误他迷失在外太空，他总是能遇到一个神秘人，然后每一次好像又不是同一个人，他们他们似乎彼此连接，杰克发现可能存在一种所谓的突破点，但是神秘人物依旧组织着他……。Yern, a bus driver, Lay, his cross-eyed best friend, and Peh, a crippled woman who sells fish at the local market are all sick of being poor.
