大雄在看到月面探查机捕捉到的白影后，认为那是“月亮上的兔子”，然而他的想法却遭到大家嘲笑。于是大雄用哆啦A梦的秘密道具在月球背面制造了一个兔子王国。并与所有人一起奔向月球冒险。
在月球上的兔子王国那里，他们与“超能力”孩子们相遇，就在所与人相处甚欢之际，一个神秘的太空船抓走了超能力者与哆啦A梦他们，最终大雄能否成功拯救大家呢……。Howard Tyler (Frank Lovejoy) is a family man, living in California, who can't seem to get by financially. He meets up with a small-time, but charismatic, hood Jerry Slocum (Lloyd Bridges). Soon, Slocum convinces Tyler to participate in gas station robberies to get by. Later, they kidnap a wealthy man in hopes of getting a huge ransom. Things go wrong when the man is murdered by...。
