该剧通过发生在日常生活中的案例，向人们讲述了十个耐人寻味、发人深思的故事。 虽为保护国家财产而负伤，却被疑为帮凶；谋杀未遂却将罪责揽于自身；火车司机勤劳认真但却遇上咄咄怪事；为追回被毁的庄稼损失现而历尽屈辱，最终追出了一段挚真的友情…… 从中折射出法与理的较量、情与义的对峙、权与利的交锋、生与死的搏斗。。不幸患上脑瘤并且双目失明的欣月随时可能失去生命，然而她却有个未了的心愿：到北京天安门看升国旗。但欣月虚弱的身体已经无法到达北京，于是当地媒体和社会各界二千多名群众共同编织了一个美丽的“谎言”：带着欣月在长春坐车转一圈，然后到一个能升国旗、奏国歌的地方，告诉欣月那里就是北京天安门。为了让这个仪式真实，众人对乘车路线、交通工具、行车时间都作了精心谋划，甚至对志愿者们进行了明确分工，有的做报站员，有的做导游，有的做北京公交车上的普通乘客……。Three X drag Queens put all their savings into buying an apartment block as an investment.
