2014年初，春寒袭人，一条短小的新闻在网络上广为传播，温暖感动了无数网友—一位80岁老太太因心脏病住进了湖南怀化第一人民医院的ICU，从她入院开始，她85岁的老伴每天为她写下一封情书。几乎每一封“情书”还配有一幅老人亲手作的插画。有时是老太太的肖像，有时是老两口的一些生活场景……旁边还配着一句两句旁白：“你知道我们都在盼望你回家过春节”、“对不起，眼力不好，把你画丑了，莫见怪”……。This is a brilliant surrealistic film. But also a fully realistic story about a time when the brave avant-guarde artists were trying to explore the unknown landscapes of human possibilities.
