She filmed the real sharks for “Jaws” and famously wore a chainmail suit, using herself as shark bait, changing our scientific understanding of sharks forever.。香港許多人不論男女，皆喜歡「去滾(打邊爐)」。起初只要有一鍋沸水，放進材料烚煮，就可稱為打邊爐。但隨着人們對美食的追求，加上各地飲食文化的不斷演變，不同地方都發展出別具一格的邊爐，如台灣的薑母鴨火鍋、四川的麻辣火鍋、港式雞煲等。主持廖慧儀、伍韻婷走訪台灣、澳門等地食肆，加上本港在地探店，發掘不同特色的火鍋及其配料，還會走進所屬廚房，向師傅請教湯底與食材的製作方法與準備功夫，了解各式邊爐的滋味由來。。
