Then he travels ...。本节目是一档乡村文旅探索真人秀，以“文旅、美食、文创促进县域振兴”为主线。以广东省河源市东源县为拍摄地，聚焦在乡村挖掘当地宝藏特产、将地方特色农产品转化为潮流饮品、小吃。六位青年艺人受邀深入乡村，联合本地村民，以东源新产业“餐车”为载体，通过创意饮品开发、产品打样、文旅推广等手段，发展当地的村咖餐车产业、推广当地特产，通过体验农事劳作、入户走访、与村民共创产品、搭建销售平台，并在最后以“东源推介会”的形式向全国媒体推介东源特色农品，完成一次“青春版”的文创美食产品孵化全过程。该节目的所有行动路径和创业任务，皆以当地真实资源与条件为基础，联合当地政府、村民共同策划与执行，具有较强的纪实与可复制性。同时通过在东源展开的乡村之旅，挖掘乡村文旅的潜力、绘就乡村振兴的“诗画卷”。。
