少林寺还俗弟子司马鹏（于荣光 饰）与境外走私团伙沆瀣一气，倒卖国宝文物。他得知少林寺中藏有铜马铁燕的雕像，垂涎三尺，不惜一切代价也要弄到手。为此，他一面抢夺藏宝图，一面勾结匪众向少林寺发起攻击。为了保护国宝和寺院，洛基和师兄弟们团结起来与恶势力展开斗争……。
