本剧改编自同名漫画，讲述了在角色开发公司工作的片濑诗织里和刚进公司一年的后辈筱崎拓马之间过于甜蜜的办公室爱情喜剧。擅长夸奖后辈的诗织里，总是很在意筱崎的事情。筱崎虽然每天都被天真烂漫又稍微拉近距离感的诗织里治愈，但也一直注意着充满魅力的前辈的动作。有时，两人会表现出恋人般的距离感，但两人都没有恋人，也完全没有恋爱经验… 这样的两人从公司的前后辈关系中会发生怎样的变化呢…。Dr Nikki Alexander and Jack Hodgson are looking forward to the future.
