姐姐的惨死让妹妹舞子（中越典子 饰）的内心十分不安，她无法相信一向开朗乐观的姐姐会无故自杀。来到了姐姐居住的1303号房间，舞子开始收拾起了由加的遗物，也就是在这一过程中，舞子竟然在无意之间发现了埋藏在这座公寓里长达二十年之久的可怕秘密。阴魂不散的怨灵，挥之不去的恐惧，身处漩涡中心的舞子会有怎样的结局呢？。
