Tom is sweet and cool and after one night, she moves in with him| leaving behind her alcoholic mother and younger sister, Karen. For a while life is great and drugs are just part of the deal and most of the fun. But then things start getting complicated...。由于童年的悲惨遭遇，俊伟（朴信阳 饰）早早的就是失去了父母的保护，索性得到韩院长的好心收留，才得以重新体会到家庭的温暖。心中怀揣着对养父的感恩，俊伟在不知不觉间爱上了韩院长的女儿艾琳（金南珠 饰），无奈落花有意流水无情，在艾琳的眼中，俊伟不过是从小一起长大的哥哥而已。
其实，艾琳早已经有了自己的心上人，那就是年轻有为的钢琴家启昌（韩宰硕 饰），可是，启昌有一个关系剪不断理还乱的前女友，这位女子的存在让艾琳伤透了心，与此同时，艾琳也终于发现了自己埋藏在心底的对于俊伟的感情，当她想向俊伟敞开心扉之时，一场车祸却将艾琳再度推入了万劫不复的境地。。
